Trion is in the final stages of renovating this 40,500-square-foot building whose principal tenant is Bank of America. The project is located at the busy southwest corner of Commercial Boulevard and Federal Highway in the heart of Fort Lauderdale.

Sawgrass Landing

Located in booming Sunrise, Florida, this project is a 65,000-square-foot retail center. Tenants include LA Fitness, Bank United, Kinko’s Fedex, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Supercuts, EB Games, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Hollywood Tans, and Alfred Angelo’s. This was a joint venture with Ross Realty.
